For information regarding commercial or personal uses, please contact us.

Unless a written licence agreement provides to the contrary, you have no right or licence to use any images or content except for the express purpose on which same was provided to you. We do not offer any terms of exclusivity and we may reproduce or reuse any images or artworks in the future.

The intellectual property in our designs belongs to us at all times.

 

Pricing

Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that there are no typographical errors and that information is up to date however pricing, specifications, terms and availability is not confirmed until validated at the time your order is placed.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the price. As all our products are individually produced, please allow 7-14 days from order to delivery (within Australia). If there are delays we will contact you.

All products sent within Australia are shipped via Australia Post ordinary mail. Risk in the products passes to you on postage by us.

If one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message to notify you with the estimated delivery time.

For our International friends, please email us with your request for product or services and we will be happy to help you.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We may in our absolute discretion, determine refunds on a case by case basis. If you are not entirely happy with your product, please contact us to discuss within 10 days of receiving the product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are liable for paying the costs of returning the product to us. The product is at your risk until received by us. If a return has been agreed, please use the following address: POBox 121, Innaloo WA 6918.

For commissioned works, we note that you have requested we use our creativity to produce a product for you. Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to create the product as you have envisioned, we reserve our right to use creative discretion in producing product.

 

Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

PayPal Payment Facility

You acknowledge and accept that PayPal is an independent company and we will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or costs you suffer as a result of using the PayPal service. Whilst we may in our discretion assist you, we are within our right to direct you to liaise directly with PayPal with respect to any issues that arise when using the PayPal merchant facilities on our site. We will not be deemed to have received payment from you until such time as the payment is cleared in our PayPal account. When making payment to us using PayPal, you are at all times bound by the applicable terms of use of your PayPal account. You warrant to us that you are the owner of, or have express authority to use, any PayPal account from which you remit us funds.
